  • 1 cup diced fresh salmon or tuna (sushi-grade)

  • ½ cup mayonnaise (preferably Kewpie)

  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • Sriracha to taste (for spicy mayo)

Instructions
