  • 2 cups bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 cup zucchini, chopped
  • 1 cup red onion, chopped
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

Instructions
