  • 1 lb thinly sliced ribeye steak
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium sweet onion, sliced
  • 8 oz provolone cheese
  • 4 soft hoagie rolls
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by slicing the ribeye against the grain and chopping the onions and bell peppers.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, heat olive oil. Sauté the onions and bell peppers until softened (about 5-7 minutes).
