  • 1 cup sun dried tomatoes (packed in oil, chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (chopped)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt & pepper to taste

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Reserve some pasta water; then drain.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
