  • 2 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Rinse spinach leaves under cold water and pat dry.
  2. Boil salted water in a large pot; cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, warm olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds).
  4. Add spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted (2-3 minutes).
  5. Drain pasta, reserving some cooking water; add pasta to the skillet with spinach.
  6. Toss everything together, adding reserved water as needed for creaminess.
  7. Finish with grated Parmesan and season with salt and pepper before serving.
