Seafood stuffed shells are a delightful dish that brings the flavors of the coast straight to your table.   • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
  • 1 cup lump crab meat
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
  2. Cook the jumbo pasta shells in salted boiling water until al dente (about 8 minutes). Drain and cool.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese, chopped shrimp, crab meat, parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and parsley. Mix well.
  4. Stuff each shell generously with the seafood mixture and place seam-side up in the baking dish.
  5. Pour marinara sauce over the stuffed shells, covering them completely. Sprinkle additional parmesan on top if desired.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden.
