  • 2 tbsp red food coloring (gel)

  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking pan.
  2. Melt butter in a mixing bowl, then stir in sugar and cocoa until glossy.
  3. Beat in eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla until smooth.
  4. Fold in flour gently until just combined.
  5. Mix in red food coloring until vibrant.
  6. In another bowl, blend cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth; add sour cream and mix well.
  7. Pour half of the brownie batter into the pan, layer with cheesecake mixture, then dollop the remaining brownie batter on top and swirl gently.
