  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 large egg (room temperature)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. Mix in the pumpkin puree and egg until well combined.

  5. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto lined baking sheets, spacing them about two inches apart.
