Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan with nonstick spray.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vegetable oil until smooth.
  3. Gradually add the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Stir gently until just combined; avoid overmixing.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips ensuring even distribution.
  5. Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Allow cooling in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
