  • 1 lb flank steak, thinly sliced
  • 8 slices provolone cheese
  • 1 cup bell peppers, thinly sliced (mixed colors)
  • 1 large sweet onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp butter (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, drizzle olive oil and sauté the sliced onions and bell peppers until softened (5-7 minutes).
  3. Add the flank steak to the skillet, season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned (3-4 minutes), breaking it into smaller pieces.
  4. On a baking sheet, layer the bottom half of slider buns. Spoon the beef mixture on each bun and top with provolone slices.
  5. Place the top halves of the buns on top and brush with melted butter.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese melts and tops are golden brown. Cool slightly before slicing into individual sliders.
