  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 6 tbsp unsalted butter, cold and cubed
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 34 tbsp ice water

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix flour and salt. Cut in cold butter until crumbly. Gradually add ice water until dough holds together.
  3. Chill the dough for at least 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out chilled dough into a 12-inch circle on a floured surface.
  5. Arrange peach slices in the center, leaving a 2-inch border. Fold edges over the filling.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
