  • 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, beat softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until fluffy (about 3 minutes).
  3. Gradually mix in flour, oats, baking soda, and salt until just combined.
  4. Scoop dough balls onto prepared sheets, spaced about 2 inches apart.
  5. Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
  6. For the filling, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and milk until smooth.
  7. Once cookies are cool, spread filling on half of the cookies and top with the other halves.
