  • 1/2 cup yellow mustard
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Rinse and pat dry chicken breasts.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together mustard, honey, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until smooth.
  3. Place chicken in a baking dish and coat with half of the mustard mixture.
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and chicken is golden brown.
  5. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving with remaining sauce drizzled on top.
