  • 1 cup (100g) breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup (120ml) ketchup
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into small loaves about the size of your palm and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle ketchup over each mini meatloaf.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  6. Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
