  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara or BBQ sauce (for serving)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well using your hands.
  2. Shape the mixture into small balls about 1 inch in diameter.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat until shimmering. Add meatballs in batches and cook until browned on all sides (about 8-10 minutes).
  4. Pour your favorite sauce over the cooked meatballs, cover, and simmer for an additional 10 minutes to enhance flavors.
  5. Serve on a platter with toothpicks or over pasta for a hearty meal.
