  • 1 large egg (room temperature)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips or chunks (milk or dark)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
