  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz pasta (spaghetti or penne)
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup grated fresh Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and reserve some pasta water.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper; cook until golden brown (6-7 minutes per side). Remove and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic until fragrant (30 seconds).
  4. Stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan cheese until melted; add reserved pasta water if needed for consistency.
  5. Toss the cooked pasta and sliced chicken in the sauce until evenly coated.
  6. Garnish with extra Parmesan and Italian seasoning before serving.
