  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)

Instructions

  1. Cook the noodles in a large pot of salted boiling water until al dente, according to package instructions. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.
  2. In a large pan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until golden and fragrant (about 1 minute).
  3. Toss the drained noodles into the pan with garlic butter. Add soy sauce and red pepper flakes, mixing well.
  4. Gradually add reserved pasta water while tossing until the noodles are well-coated in sauce.
  5. Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions and Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
