  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by finely chopping the garlic and seasoning the chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken for about 5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
