  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries (or dried if needed)
  • 1 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 2 tsp fresh sage, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 2 tsp fresh thyme, chopped (or 1 tsp dried)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté the onions and celery until softened, about 5 minutes.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, sautéed onions and celery, breadcrumbs, cranberries, herbs, eggs, salt, and pepper. Mix gently until combined.
  4. Scoop about two tablespoons of mixture and roll into golf ball-sized balls. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
