  • 28 oz canned ripe tomatoes

  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Rinse shrimp and mussels under cold water.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, heat olive oil. Sauté chopped onions and minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add canned tomatoes and white wine; simmer for about 10 minutes.
