  • 2 tbsp brown sugar (for swirl)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, granulated sugar, and cinnamon until combined.
  2. In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined; lumps are okay.
  4. For the filling swirl, mix brown sugar with additional cinnamon in a small bowl.
  5. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour 1/4 cup of batter per pancake onto the skillet.
  6. Spoon the cinnamon filling onto each pancake while cooking; flip when bubbles form on top.
  7. Serve warm with powdered sugar glaze or cream cheese drizzle.
