Instructions

  2. In another bowl, mix milk, egg, and melted butter until creamy.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined; lumps are okay for fluffiness.
  4. Fold in chocolate chips carefully.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter.
  6. Pour 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form (about 2-3 minutes), then flip and cook until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with maple syrup or your choice of toppings.
