  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger paste
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons ground coriander
  • 2 teaspoons garam masala
  • 1 can (14 oz) crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup coconut milk or heavy cream
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. 1. Marinate the chicken: In a bowl, mix yogurt, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, and garam masala. Add cubed chicken and coat well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
