  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Combine warm water, sugar, and yeast in a bowl. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until foamy.
  2. In another bowl, mix flour and salt. Gradually add the yeast mixture while stirring until combined.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in an oiled bowl, cover, and let it rise in a warm area for about 1 hour or until doubled.
  5. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the risen dough into a rectangle about ½ inch thick and cut into strips.
  6. Brush each strip with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and shredded cheese.
  7. Bake on a lined baking sheet for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
