  • 1/2 cup bourbon
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp coarsely ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the bourbon, brown sugar, soy sauce, minced garlic, lemon juice, and black pepper until well combined.
