  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 28 oz crushed tomatoes (canned)
  • 1 medium onion (diced)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1 tsp dried Italian herbs
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare all ingredients by dicing onion and garlic while boiling salted water for the macaroni.
  2. Cook elbow macaroni according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
