  • 1 packet (1 oz) taco seasoning
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (10 oz) diced tomatoes and green chilies, drained
  • 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt (for serving)
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground meat until fully cooked (5-7 minutes). Stir in taco seasoning according to package instructions.
  2. Roll out crescent dough on parchment-lined baking sheet. Arrange triangles in a circle, overlapping slightly to form a ring.
  3. Spoon the cooked meat mixture onto the wide ends of each triangle. Top with shredded cheese and diced tomatoes.
  4. Fold each triangle over filling towards the center to create a ring shape. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Allow to cool slightly before garnishing with green onions and cilantro. Serve warm with sour cream or Greek yogurt.
