Ingredients

Scale
  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup bell peppers, chopped (mix of red and green)
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 tsp poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • ½ cup whole milk

Instructions

  1. Prep ingredients by chopping bell peppers and onion.
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and cook chicken until golden brown, about 7-10 minutes per side; ensure juices run clear.
  3. Remove chicken and sauté onions and bell peppers in the same skillet until softened, about 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in cream of mushroom soup and milk to create a sauce; mix in garlic powder and poultry seasoning.
  5. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain, saving a cup of pasta water.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet with drained spaghetti; mix well, adding reserved pasta water as needed for desired consistency.
  7. Serve hot, topped with additional cheese.
