  • 12 jumbo pasta shells
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese (whole milk)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (divided)
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, ricotta, half of the mozzarella, salt, pepper, and parsley. Mix well.
  3. Stuff each shell with the chicken mixture and place seam-side up in a greased baking dish.
  4. Pour Alfredo sauce over the stuffed shells generously.
  5. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and Parmesan on top.
  6. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes; remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
