  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 8 oz fettuccine pasta (or penne/rotini)
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the fettuccine until al dente (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  3. In the same pot, add the cooked pasta and cubed cooked chicken. Pour in the Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Mix gently until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and sprinkle panko breadcrumbs evenly on top.
  5. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired.
