  • 6 oz egg noodles
  • 2 medium carrots, diced
  • 2 celery stalks, diced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 2 bay leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by dicing the onion, chopping the carrots and celery, and shredding the turkey.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, add oil and sauté the onions and garlic until fragrant (3-5 minutes).
