  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 1 (12 oz) can chunk light tuna, drained
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • ½ cup breadcrumbs (seasoned)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Cook elbow macaroni in salted boiling water until al dente, about 8-10 minutes; drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix drained tuna, cream of mushroom soup, milk, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
  4. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese and fold in cooked pasta and frozen peas until well combined.
  5. Transfer mixture to a greased baking dish and sprinkle breadcrumbs on top.
