  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • 1 baguette or ciabatta bread
  • 1 cup sautéed onions and peppers (about 1 medium onion and 1 bell pepper)
  • 4 oz provolone cheese
  • Your favorite condiments (mustard, mayo, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Marinate flank steak in olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
